We founded interchurrasco because we have a deep love for traditional food, for fresh, healthy and authentic charcoal grilled food. We are committed to making each dish a healthy expression of our love for food and life. Beginning in January 1994, initially with charcoal grills and heavy meals, only with take away service, it appeared in an expanding area of the city of Rio Maior in a small store with only 20 square meters. Over the past two decades, our small store has grown and developed into a thriving brand that offers a variety of services.
